Wanted 24mm seatpost (vintage peugeot)

I'm searching for a 24mm seatpost to suit an older peugeot. Please let me know if you have one - any condition.

Might have one, but it would be shipped from France.

24mm was not exclusive to Pugs if I remember right - mid/low end MBK had them too (amongst many others like Gitane). Kids bikes too. When tubing got a bit thinner they went to a whopping 25mm which is almost 1".

Keep a vernier caliper close with you and and an eye for street or tip finds or a visit to your local bike charity.

I have one, candle style and in pretty scuffed condition but I know myself how rare they are It'll polish up fine though. Steel, no rust. How does £20 posted in the UK sound? I can include a brand new saddle clamp too.

Any what are about still, will invariably be candle stick style.

That looks a long one too, and rare in that length.
