I'm selling my lad's upgraded Gary Fisher Tyro as he's outgrown it.
The standard parts are the frame, chainset (with two pedal positions), bottom bracket, pedals, front mech, rear wheel with 7 speed block and saddle.
It's been upgraded with the following bits
- Manitou MARS air forks
- Front disc wheel
- Avid BB7 disc brake
- Rear XT V Brake
- XTR Rear Mech
- SRAM 7 speed Gripshift (I have only fitted the rear shifter but will provide front shifter too)
- Conti Explorer tyres
- Bontrager bars and Truvativ stem
It's generally in good condition - it has been used so has a few scuffs to the paint but generally it's good.
The Manitou forks work well but the previous owner sprayed them black and the old orange paint underneat is starting to show through in areas.
The Outland seatpost is a bit worn but you don't see it when it's pushed down.
Suits kids from 6/7ish through to around 10 - depends on how quickly they're growing.
It's a nice little 'proper' mountain bike that's much lighter than the original spec.
Looking for £70. Collection preferred from Hayfield, Derbyshire but can post for extra cost.
