21" Orange Help please

I've got as the above says a 21" Orange Clockwork. I know the head tube is 140mm, just wondered my forks would fit and the steerer is coming in at 193mm?

The frame is currently with Orange being redecorated which why I can't check. Just wondering as I need to know if I need new forks or not.

Headtube = 140mm
Headset = 28mm (e.g. Ritchey WCS) + (but you can get lower if you pay for it)
Stem = 40mm + (normally, there are lower stack heights)

140+40+28 -3mm (recommended gap left to enable pre load)

= 205mm needed at the minimum (195 if you can get a 30mm stack height stem)

aka you haven't got a chance unless you try really hard to find low stack height stuff
