Hi guys. Does anyone out there have, or is familiar with, a 2002 Trek Fuel 90 SLR? I have just provisionally purchased one on eBay but I am concerned about a weld on the seat tube. It looks like a repair on a possible crack but when I do a search on pic's of this frame there seem to be some with this weld and some without? Very odd? Whilst on the general subject are these bikes any good? What are peoples experience of them? This one seems to have a few upgrades such as the disc brakes but other than that seems quite original. I've just paid £199 for this one (on the proviso the frame isn't knackered!) Do you think that's a reasonable price? Any input welcome! Many thanks...
