2002 Marzocchi Z1 FR Wedge Forks

Hi,

After some help and recognise pictures will help. Will get those this weekend.

I've purchased some 2002 Marzocchi Bombers Z1 FR Wedge forks and can't find a manual for these specific forks.

Now these forks don't have adjusters on the top, rather some rubber bungs with a '+' and '-' adjustment highlighted on them and under these are some allen heads. I'm presuming these are rebound and damping adjusters.

At present i have no knowledge of the travel, adjustment or service requirements or servicing methods.

If it helps, they are a nice candy red on the lowers.

Will post pics but any insight greatly appreciated.

Stock Marzocchi oil is golden spectro 125/150. If you are forced to buy something else do your research & compare CST #'s. I purchased some Motorex 7.5w & it was considerably thicker to the point that the fork was rebounding to slowly fully open.

I just serviced some 01 Z1 Drop offs. Oil height was 65mm below top of the top cap threads forks compressed, springs removed.
