1994 DeKerf Mountain frame £50

Too good to be true? Well, yes, there a couple of issues unfortunately:

The chain stay is cracked:



and one of the dropouts has become 'stretched':



I had booked the fame in with Chas Roberts to have a new 853 stay and Ritchey dropouts fitted - this is why some of the paint has been rubbed down, so they could take a closer look. From memory the work was quoted at £130. Anyway a Merlin came up for sale and I suddenly didn't have the cash so I picked up the frame from Chas and it has sat in the garage ever since.

On the plus side I have the last set of older style frame decals that De Kerf had, bought direct from them with the frame - These were over £30 iirc.

Good point P20 - apologies.

It's a De Kerf 18" frame, which measures:

Seat Tube: 18 1/4" C-T, 16" C-C.
Top Tube: 22" C-C

Do you mean: was it £40 and have I amended the advert to now show £50?

Or: do I now want £60?

Nothing has been changed from when I placed the ad last night, it's always been on at £50.

Its ok not a problem - I was more concious of my sanity thats all...I swear it was 40 quid yesterday. Must have been thinking of something else. Wierd. I'll still have it though when your dropping off the Cannondale no sweat
