This is the stem originally found on the stock 93 Blizzard - both frame and the stem constructed "in house"
at Rocky Mountain to my knowledge. Syncros the predominant stem used otherwise.
This stem is not pretty (or Nitto quality) to my eye but if you are going catalogue spec, a needed item on your 93 Blizz build.
Seems to be a rarity and specific to the Blizzard. Came off my 18.5" frame. Some minor corrosion and cosmetic imperfections
though solid overall. I would consider a trade for a 1" Salsa stem with some rise and not toooo long. Or a Nitto of some description.
Only Traded to a known /long standing member on this site .
