I've decided it's time to let go of the Cadex. It's a cracking bike, fast, light and agile, and as a first taste of retro carbon was a real eye opener for me. Unfortunately it's just a bit too racy for my purposes (probably a bit small, too) and isn't getting ridden much.
Frame measures 19" C-T.
It's scruffy but mechanically and structurally good having had a full strip and rebuild 2 years ago and having done no more than 100 miles since... Chain, inner cables and bottom bracket are all recent brand new items fitted when I rebuilt it.
Cosmetics aside, the headset is a little bit graunchy, wheels are perfectly servicable cheapies fitted for sale, and the Turbo saddle is worn. One of the thumbshifter mounts is a little bent, not noticable in use. It rides great but it's no minter.
It's currently set up for blasting through the streets (with a pair of Schwalbe City Jets fitted) - it would make a brilliant commuter. It's also very fast and capable off road with the right tyres.
Note that the DX pedals pictured aren't included - if you ask nicely I'll see if I can dig out some replacements so that it's rideable out of the box.
