Looks to be maybe a 18.5", though ad claims 17". Looks slightly bigger than the 17" 1991 I have.

Yes, it looks bigger than their 17". Too bad it has a big dent on the top tube
If was in better condition, I'd seriously consider buying it.

yeah, i thought i saw a suspicious "shadow" on the drive side top tube that's not mentioned in the ad. so i guess you contacted the seller to confirm?

No, I didn't confirm. I just looked at the 2 driveside photos on the ad. It looks like the typical place where a brake lever would cause a dent.
