1992 Raleigh Royal Reynolds 531 ST (Select Tourist Frame). Reynolds 531 forks.
Dimensions are:
Seat Tube = 58 cm measured centre to centre.
Top tube = 56 cm measured centre to centre.
Head tube = 17.5 cm.
Would suit a rider 5'10 - 6' 2".
Alesa 700c wheels.
Shimano RX 100 hubs front and rear.
Shimano 105 long cage rear derailleur.
Shimano Exage 400 front derailleur.
Shimano SLR cantilever brakes.
Nitto Stem.
Has braze-ons for two bottle holders.
Modolo butterfly bars.
Cane Creek flat top brake levers.
Race face 3 x chainset.
7 speed.
Shimano Deore flat/SPD pedals.
Topeak rear rack (Disc version).
Also has braze-ons for a front rack to be fitted.

Rides lovely and has a more upright position if you don't like drop handlebars, this is much better than a hybrid.
