1992 Kona Lava Dome, exellent condition SOLD thanks

Too small for me so it's got to go!

1992 (or 93?) Kona Lava Dome. Size is 16.5" (14" B/B to top tube) Original paint is really nice, Project Two's, 500LX shifters, brakes, front mech. Acera rear mech and chainset. Replacement cro-mo railed saddle, original Kona tyres. Kona water bottle.

Bad points- Cockpit could do with a bit of a tidy up (grips have been cut for fitment of bar ends and finish worn on the controls), rear wheel needs truing slightly, needs a bit of a de-greasing on the components (also there's some tar splatter on the forks that will come off). I'd also maybe put a new chain on it, though it's not desperate for it.

It's a very tidy example that is ready to ride away. £135 collected (Nottingham NG9) or £150 posted UK.

Re: 1992 Kona Lava Dome, exellent cond. Small. £130 Nottingham

Just to add, I may be tempted to swap for a frame if it's rigid, 18 or 19" and above all else interesting/exotic/rare/cool. Try me!

Monday bump for a tidy little Lava Dome!

Any interest before I break it?
Still up for a swap on an interesting/rare 18"-ish frame or try me on anything else.
Also register your interest for parts if it comes to breaking. Thanks!

Re:

It's a real shame to break up a complete bike despite being such a small size. Have you tried listing it elsewhere?

I haven't tried elsewhere to be honest, in fact I haven't really tried very hard to sell it so perhaps you're right, sticking it on Ebay would be a better idea. Like you say it would be a shame when it's complete and ready to ride.

I know what you mean!

Last bump up before I pop it on ebay. Dont be afraid to make an offer if you want it but think the price needs adjusting, or if you can't afford it right now but want it I'll happily hold it for you/take a part exchange on parts or WHY :D

Probably too small, but I used to ride a 16" Inbred and this looks similar, so could you tell me two measurements - c b/b to saddle top (up the seat tube) as in photo and saddle nose to centre of 'bars at the clamp? And is the rear hub screw on or cassette? Thanks.
