Still awaiting the frame to come back from the engineering firm before I can make a start.

Hopefully by next week, it’ll be back with a replica ti-noodle fitted.

Yep that’s the 130mm beauty that I was lucky enough to get my hands on from Raidan73 just a year ago.

Some decisions to be done on the headset. A Control Centre headset is going to be fitted and forks will be Rock Shock SLs.

My Hot came with a grey C/C which I was thinking of using and a while back I purchased a light gold version. These were considerably lighter than the Impact.

Question is which one to go for against the frame. Instinct is telling me the gold given fork combo.

Cross ovalized Ti stems are much stiffer I had a 150mm one custom made by the Ti fabricator at McLaren F1 bitd. Total work of art, but since sold. It felt as stiff as steel and i lived in the free weights room back then.

Love this, beautiful looking frame.

I'm close to having all the bits bought for my Marin team ti so will be giving the frame some attention soon. Was going to use scotchbrite what does the lemon juice do?
