1991 diamondback axis 19" fs or swap

See advert for pics and details, would swap for something similar vintage but 17"/18" as I'm only 5'9" and this although super light and comfy is just a tad too big for me
New this week- middle chainring, cassette, chain, cables inner and outer, seatpost, seat clamp.....
£165 Ono or swaps why?

Looking at threads etc I think £120 is fairer.
She'd break for more in parts but I want it go whole and be ridden....
