16" too judging by height of top tube vs. rear tyre. Not an 18" as advertised.

Would be 18" to top of seat tube.

Shame it's lost some of it's original Suntour kit...

I was very tempted, but the cost of travelling there and back is pulling the strings of the purse too far, and I already have 4 other GT's to maintain!

I agree, I would prefer to invest that money in a GT Karakoram, Bravado or Avalanche of the same period (early '90's) to be honest, as I already own a Tequesta.
