Looks like a 1989 frame with 90 parts + only U's at the back. :?

Will tidy up well either way.

Reflectors, stem, wheels, bars all original and good, seat post too

Shame it not uu but a good donor if any one is rebuilding one

Tyre might be okay too

But wtf was he think with the front brake cabling

I got it after a cheeky last second bid, picking it up in Saturday.

Will see what condition it is in before working out what parts to swap.
