One of the projects ive hoarded over the years im now letting go to raise funds to properly finish the others!
For those of you who thought gravel bikes are a new thing......errrr.....no.
Lovely bike, probably for the slightly taller retrobiker or for somebody looking for a great all road touring bike. Quite a rarity and a sprint version got bike of the month recently!
26" wheels with plenty of tyre clearance, based around a Tange MTB tubing frame, measuring 22" c to c or 23" c to t and pretty original as per catalogue (except for rear tyre and possibly the seat (im undecided on that one)).
Original spec includes diacompe canti and u rear, suntour xcd 6000 mechs, sugino ml chainset and rings, araya rims, sansin hubs and suntour accushift bar end shifters.
Update...as i had a few spare moments today and after going deeper into the spares box, I've found some brake levers and tape. So its all done. Ive ridden it about 5miles and it all seems ok. Nice ride infact.
So an even easier project for somebody now, good stip, polish and resemble......or ride it how it is.
No change in price, so still just £120, plus the postage cost. Come on....somebody must want a period gravel bike or a really cool tourer.
Your more than welcome to collect from sunny suffolk....kettles always on.
Uk mainland postage only, PayPal friends and family please.
