Whilst building up my Stumpjumper collection over the last year, i picked up a couple of Vintage Specialized Carbon Road Bikes - an Allez Comp and an Epic Comp after working of these decided to look for the 3 old Raleigh's I had back in the day the Sirocco, Road Ace & Quadra.
Here's the first my new Raleigh Sirocco project picked up last week near Chester. Its a 1986 with Reynolds 501 tubing finished in "Oyster with Wine Red Decor" and mostly Shimano 105 Golden Arrow components.
Bike is pretty dirty but mostly original expect rear mech and saddle. Plan is full strip down and rebuild with a few new parts but period correct except more modern tyres and saddle.
