1986 Chas Roberts Custom build

Hi there, this beautiful bike was built for me in 1986 and I am looking to sell it. I would be grateful for advice on what price to put on it. There is a huge difference on eBay and I'm not sure what to put as a starting price and would appreciate any advice. Thank you very much

Gorgeous, custom build, Chas Roberts bike.

Hand built, superlight, steel frame.

Built for me (5'6") in 1986.

Columbus SLX super butted tube set that was specially designed for professional cyclists. - not me but I saw a similar bike and it was so beautiful I had to have one. Double butted tube ends.

A few scratches to the frame to be expected with age of bike.

14 gear, Shimano Sante derailleur

Wow, thats drop dead gorgeous. Fillet brazed? Sante groupset goes really well with the paint scheme. A drive side photo and some close ups of the tube joins will help the sale greatly.

You'd be better off asking on this thread for a valuation.
