1980 Carlton Supercourse

Hi,
I am restoring a 1980 Carlton Supercourse. Have all the bits to rebuild, but need to restore the frame. I do not want to strip, and repaint, but obtain the correct paint, and restore a few scrapes, and rust spots. The frame is a cream or ivory colour with brown decals. Does anyone know the correct paint code or RAL number for this frame ?
