18" Singlespeed Steel-Frame NON-DISC

Hey there.

I am looking for a ~18" Steel frame with horizontal dropouts for singlespeed.
The frame should fit a 1 1/8" headset and i would like to ride it with V-Brakes.

Maybe one of you has something nice for me
