Ok so i got my kona delivered yesterday. But im thinking that maybe i bought one too small. Or is it that im just not used to it and are used to modern bikes?

im 6ft and have a 32 leg. Seems ok with the saddle right up but i feel like im riding a kids bike.

What sizes do others ride that are 6ft?if any?

here is a pic

It's designed for height up to 6-0, so it should be ok for you unless you like your frames on the large side.

I'm 6 foot and own 3 Konas, they're all 19s, my brothers has an 18 inch 1998 Lavadome and I have 19, I find his bike a bit small for me, however I do prefer a slightly bigger frame.

Thanks for the replys. Oh right, may keep my eye out for 19inch frame then. Sure one will come up at some point. Haven't actually been out on a proper ride yet. So will give it a go when I get my spds on it too will probably feel better.

I've a 93 fire mountain, and it's a 16". I'm 5'8", and have to have the seat all the way up, but I'm mainly leg, and it handles so well like that, I'm not changing it.

IMO, Konas of that vintage were long for their size.

6ft 1 = 19 in

konas are reknonw for having a muchly sloping top tube that makes them appear smaller .... looking at the amount of exposed seat post you are right there on the limit.

compare the 'virtual' top tube measured horizontally from centre of head tube to centre of seat post to one of you other bikes to see difference.
