Wanted 16/17” Bike or Frame

Hey All,

I’m currently looking to get a frame with forks for my partner who is 5’ 8”

I’m open to either a frame, or complete bikes. It’s going to be a run around so nothing too high end or immaculate.

Ideally looking for stiff forks. Something like a specialized stump jumper or cannondale m300 would be ideal, but open to ideas.

Value wise, won’t be huge, I just need look at what it’s cost to date.

I've a 98 cannondale f400 frame? 17"

Not immaculate, has some paint loss/flake in areas but it's still pretty good.
