Can you look if it is possible BB above the seat 74cm with a minimum of insertion for the seat post.

The seatpost is 320mm and it will only go 100mm into the frame due to the bend in the seat tube.
To get 740mm from BB to seat leaves only 40mm of seatpost in the frame so i think a longer seatpost would be required.
