Hi, I am about to buy a nice set of wheels with Mavic 217 SUP Ceramic rims. They look great but there are some strange hairline marks around the rims approx in their centerline. They appear mostly around the eyelets but some of them are in between. They certainly don`t look like classic eyelet...

nice wheels, sitting around for long now. they're true and come with good tires 8speed cassette and skewers. rear hub is xt737 parallax, front is wcw. asking 240€ plus parcel cost.

The rim in my rear wheel just broke on the inside. Now I'm looking for replacement. Preferably in good or very good condition. It's a Mavic 217 with 32 holes in that bronze / dark gold color. Not the sunset version. Here are two photos that show the color.

ready for it? no? :LOL: 😉 well, look what i found. these twisted spoke wheels aren't very commonly seen (like i remember how it used to be). this is a 770g light mavic ceramic snowflake (twisted tom ritchey spokes) front wheel and it runs really true. It is kind of a true survivor artpiece...
