I’ve bought it in December in Poland for 70 pounds. I was told it is Gios, but when I started to service it I also started to have doubts.

well, how to get started? i don't know who once build this frame + matching straight forks. just had to have it once i had seen it. long story short, i like it a lot (especially the tire clearance), but i'm to tall for this set. presumably this frame set dates back to the 80ies, but possibly...
hard to let this one go, but i got to. no dent or crack, just the pictured chips. this color came only '96. original gt bologna forks are triple butted. it's the top of the list (and really quite light) steel series production frame set at the time. asking 170€ plus shipping to your destination...
