    Marin Team Titanium 1995

Sadly I must hang up my gloves. I have a collection of bikes, my favourite unfinished project is the Team Ti I have many other bits and bobs that could go to a worthy owner. Note Ebay have really clamped down on exchange of any contact info with punitive measures if you try. PM me for details...

    1990 Gt seatpost size

I know it's an old thread but in the interests of historical Fact: The 1990 Purple Haze Karakoram seatpost is 26.4mm. I know this as I'm trying to saw out a seized tube from this same bike. Actually comes in at a consistent 26.37mm as measured on a Verynear (Vernier). It's darn near 3.5mm...

Fuji - Ritchey ? What is it ?

My 15 quid hack for comparison. There are a few minor differences that suggest pete_mcc is right about Fuji selling these en-masse for rebranding.

Fuji - Ritchey ? What is it ?

Looks identical to a frame I picked up recently labelled as a "MASSI", with same Fuji label and Richey drop outs too. I'll try to get some pictures up for comparison.

    Cotswolds driver punched by cyclist

Well indeed, his antics are well known in the area now, even to the police. Maybe a BMW will flatten him one day, it'll be unfortunate of course, but not entirely unexpected.

    Cotswolds driver punched by cyclist

Nicely Put JamesM, Part of me did wonder if the BMW driver possibly had it coming...? That said it's possible this cyclist is the guy I posted about recently on 11th July, same area where I had my run in with him and I reported him to the police, haven't seen him since:

    Dangerous Cycling

I hear you Neil, I've been on the blunt end of bad driving myself, I know all about assertive cycling and commanding the road when necessary. However, I am an experienced cyclist, I give all the room physically possible to cyclists treating them with the respect I would like in return when...

    Dangerous Cycling

Well I don't want to play into the hands of anti cyclists and I hate to find bad eggs amongst the fraternity... but I had to report some dangerous cycling today. I've been travelling down this particular country B road for over 7 months now and every morning I see this guy cycling in the...

    Worst nightmare....

Vehemently Agree! I wish Councils, traffic planners and other road related authorities understood this too. That said, paths are most certainly the answer for inexperienced wobbly weekend family riders and their wobbly children etc. The root of the problem, I expect, is that road...

Stay away from drugs, prozac etc, no alcohol, caffeine, reduce sugars, uppers or downers etc, eat healthy, stay natural, when the cloud comes remind yourself it's not real it's your body playing funny buggers (just a chemical imbalance) talk about it and ride more!!

    brian wankum

Ayye, have used their equipment quite often. No seriously! They make electronic test gear. Never far from a juvenile giggle. Reminds me of an electronics book from my apprenticeship (for some reason) written by a Brimicombe aka known fondly as Brummycum

I used to get all sorts of weird names in a call centre I worked at. One that springs to mind was: Mrs M.T.Head I mean why would you insist on using your middle initial on a name like that? I had to mute her to gather my composure. Very serious woman she was!!

Under 25's to lose housing benefit ?

Fantastic. Just learnt my neighbour is 4 months gone on her 5th sprog', from the latest drug addict she's been seeing. Another doomed child destined to be dragged up as a commodity and inevitably to follow in her good for nothing mother's footsteps. At the taxpayers (our) expense!! Reminds...
