I found info online re. frame numbers. 8123675 :- Could be 1938 or 1948. 8 being the decade, 12 the month and 3675 the serial number. I believe that it is 1938 as it has a low profile head clip; whereas post war bikes appear to have the centre bolt quill style. Also it has the Anglo Continental...
