Does anybody know of this frame builder? I can find precious little about the company on the internet, but I have just acquired a Marlow tandem. It seems to be built from a quality tubing, probably 531, although with a seat tube diameter of 26.6mm which would appear to be a metric 531 size...

You should contact 'zotty', the owner of the other Ernie Clements. A friendly guy who might ge able to help as his dad owned a bike shop at one time.

I'm fairly sure I've got a single left hand braze on lever (new old stock) and a set of clamp on levers. I'll have a look tonight when I get home. If you send me an email address I'll send some pictures.
