Help me ID this hot red MTB?

Can you expand on that? Why do you think that? I posted pictures of the tubing from inside. I've never had a carbon bike, so I don't know what I'm looking for, but the minor chips all around the bike show alloy underneath.

Help me ID this hot red MTB?

Here's a weird picture I manaed to take through the steerer tube, into the top tube. You can see where the tubes are joined. I don't see any carbon in there, just this monocoque alloy all the way throughout the bike.

Help me ID this hot red MTB?

Looks like Tehava launched a brand called "Fore" for their wheels line quite recently, so they might had been experimenting with the brand before https://www.tehava.com/en_US/blog/item/new-from-tehava-fore-high-quality-carbon-wheels-417/ I think yours is a good guess, it might be a no-name...

Help me ID this hot red MTB?

Wait a second! I just took a second look and this very similar to mine. I took another close look at the frame and under a different lightning I found remnants of a removed sticker that said "TEHAVA PRODUCTION DEPT.". Seems like it's a dutch bike part distributor. Quick search didn't yield any...

Help me ID this hot red MTB?

I tried to find any signs of carbon, but couldn't find them. Paint scratches show alloy underneath in a couple spots too.

I noticed that too, but gates belt drive was introduced in 2007 and this looks older judging by the parts on it.

Help me ID this hot red MTB?

that's interesting. I always wanted to have one of those mixed frames. My dream is Look KG 171 combining titanium lugs with carbon tubes. Unfortunately, looking down the seat tube I can see only aluminium :)

Looking inside, the frame looks glued and not welded.

Help me ID this hot red MTB?

Bought this bike online for a very fair price. It was described as a "Fore" bike, but I can't find this name anywhere online, so I assume someone put their own decal on this. I was kinda hoping I will receive a repainted Giant MCM, but the frame is aluminium and so is the fork. Full LX groupset...

Seeking suggestions for a retro MTB frame for XTR 960 groupset

Hey retrobikers! Just snagged a Shimano XTR 960 groupset including the shimano wheelset and I’m stoked! This is my first full vintage groupset after putting together a few commuters from cheap parts I could find. I’m now on the hunt for a matching hardtail frame from the late 90s to early 2000s...

The other "HOW MUCH IS MY xyz WORTH" thread for 98

I recently got my hands on a full XTR M960 groupset, including a shimano wheelset & disc brakes in a pretty good, used condition. I'm wondering how much is it worth nowadays? Should I sell it as a full groupset or brake it up into parts?

IFT 1996 Head Tube inner dimensions too small. Will it crack?

Hey friends, Just got myself a 1996 Marin IFT frame. I want to install a new headset, but I noticed a pretty big size difference between the head tume inner dimensions vs the headset. Head tube inner dimension is 33.64mm while the headset cup housing is 34.1. That's a 0.46mm difference.. I know...
