These mudguards really go with the frame I'm selling in another post. But they maybe good for your project too. They are plastic and look just like they do in the picture. £5 with the frame (Ernie Clements design Black Diamond), or £15 plus postage on their own. Have no idea on mudguard...

Looking to build a 1957 Rattray's Flying Scot. I have the,frame, forks, stem, bars, seatpost and saddle. I'm looking for everything else. It has no front mech fittings, so it is only a single ring chainset and rear mech. Can anyone suggest what I should be looking for to build it in it's...

The rear mech is stuck and siezed into my (father inlaws!) frame. The mech is a old suntour SVX and the frame is steel ('58 Flying Scot). Anyone got any tricks up their sleeves?

I used to do xc racing back in the 90's up on woodbury common. Fully ridged Univega 5.1 ltd edition was my race bike back then. One of the best xc frames I've had. Did alot of racing on that before upgrading to a aluminium Trek with front suspension. Still don't like suspension!

Asking top doller for it too. It's a late 70's At the earliest 1976 at a push I think, no earlier, but definatly a PX10 model. There are lots that are said to be px10's on e-bay, but arn't.

I have been given a 1958 Flying Scot from family! It's been resprayed over its lifetime to keep it looking good, but in bright yellow for visability. And most of the parts have been replaced as and when needed, so it has been kept in tip-top condition. I would like to get it back to as original...

My first thoughts were flying scot, but not with those lugs, some scot's had nurvex pro lugs which are not the same as those, Mercian is what I've gone for as a guess. Guess on the date is mid to late 50's to mid 60's. Much the same as the others above once I read them.
