    Steelman Single Track

Depending on the cost of shipping I often go right to the source in Japan and order from Blue Lug. Sometimes the shipping from blue lug is cheaper than buying locally. The only danger is my cart tends to fill up with other blue lug goodies too.

    Cook Bros Cruiser

Would also need to invest in a good therapist and some extra strength anxiety medications. I have enough worries when I leave out the few bikes I have that are worth 2-3k locked up at a pub.

    Steelman Single Track

I have them on a couple of my builds and have really been liking them as pedals. If it helps they’re available on Amazon right now for like $43 which is cheaper than what I paid for sure.

The front rack has some unwanted weight for sure. I think it’s around 2 pounds. But I love having the ability to ride home with a pizza box. The pedals are the mks Sylvan Gordito. I’m a huge fan of the MKS stuff and the wider platform of the gorditos are amazing.

Yea. So far I’ve been discussing the repair with Tony at breadwinner cycles.

    Cook Bros Cruiser

It does seem a shame to split it up. Restoring it to some original glory has got to be the only way to go with a bike like this I would think. I mean that bike is unbelievably cool with a dope story to go with it.

    Steelman Single Track

My pride and joy. Rides like a dream. A 1993 Steelman single track that feels like it was custom welded just for me (it wasn’t nor was it built for the college kid I bought it from). I’ve never been able to track down its original owner and so its story will always be a mystery. The tubing on...

    Cook Bros Racing 26 Cruiser

I scored this cook bros 3 bar pro cruiser off the side of the road recently. I don’t know too much about cook bros stuff. But, these bikes are pretty sought after at least in the Bmx scene. Looks like this one was set up with some gears and drum brakes to be an OG mtb. Serial number dates it to...

    Nishiki Cascade 1984-1985

Here is my Nishiki Cascade Build. I found the frame and fork out by a garbage bin in pretty rough shape a few years back and decided the biplane fork was too cool not to build up. Not too much info out there on these bikes. The frame has plenty of patina but cleaned up real nice. Decided it was...

    Cook Bros Cruiser

I recently picked up a cook bros pro cruiser that someone was throwing away. Pretty stoked on the find. I don’t know too much about the old cook bros stuff. I am more of a mountain bike guy. It seems these are pretty sought after by the vintage Bmx crowd. It was set up as a mountain bike with...

Wanted Something Special and/or Interesting In The 19-21" Frame Department.

New here so forgive me if I don’t follow a particular rule of the forum. Anyhow. Not sure I’m ready to part with it. but I did come upon a 1993 Steelman single track with what looks to be a 21” frame. It is definitely NorCal and definitely unique. Be happy to chat about what it might be worth to...
