Try gummi ,it's a rubber conditioner that we use for any rubber seals,used it on some old Michelin tyres the other day,worked a treat

Not sure what year it is? Remember my uncle riding it in the mid 90's early 00's,been hung on his wall for at least 15 years ..is it over the top or is this how you pimped ya rides in the 90's?? 😏 Cleaned up real nice,everything seems to work!
