Final touches now. Need to sort out the stem bung, bar tape and final adjustments. I have some carbon wheels on the way for weekend club rides. This will also serve as my commuter to work. I'm quite happy with it so far.

You're correct, the post is ali express along with the stem and bars from OG-evkin. The seat is also 3d printed by ryet from AliExpress. It's quite comfortable as I already have one on my canyon.

Bit of an update on the build.

I've had this bike for about 9 years as my commuter/pub bike in London. I've rebuilt and modified over the years, however I have now decided to fully respray and rebuild with a new Shimano 105/Ultegra groupset and carbon, forks, seat tube, stem and bars. I'm pretty happy with how my back yard...

The maiden voyage

Ok, so the build is very close to being complete. I'm just indexing the gears and bar tape is to go on. There is an issue with the front wheel hub the wheel slightly pulls to the left towards the disc brake when braking. Suspect it is the wheel bearings. Will get this looked at by lbs next...

Bit of an update on the build. Have gone for a carbon fork and disc brake up front with a v brake at the back. I'm pretty close to finishing it just waiting on a few more bits to arrive.

Also, last major item I need to go IAH the build are v brakes. What is the best suggestion that will work with the sensah SRX pro levers? Are the ratios going to be ok? Thanks.

34.9mm nukeproof seat post clamp is like a smidge to small. What size should I get for this. I was sure 34.9mm would do it.

Ok, I have now fitted the FSA headset and bars. Final items to go will be seat, v brakes, pedals and bar tape. I also need to fit tyres and I would like to go tubeless, will it be possible on these narrow mavics I have?

Some further development on the build. The drop bars look a little odd. Hopefully tyres balance it out. Next up is the headset V Brakes Cabling Seat Bar tape to finish it off
