Just to avoid confusion 21" is measured from centre of bottom bracket to top of seat tube. Nice to know it's a 91 though, how can you tell?

Frame is in Torquay, Devon. See attached photos with different angles. Delivery is an option but price is dependant on location I think.

I couldn't tell you year of manufacture but I bought it in 97. It's 21" from centre to top of seat tube. I'm 6' and it fits me well.

Ta. I preferred the Lawwills as more people fell off staring at them which pushed my race position up a bit more. SIDs were buttery smooth though.

I'm 6' tall with 33" inside leg, fits me beautifully.

Just realised that, apologies. Frame for £500. SIDs for £100. Lawwill leaders £250 for their rarity value and because I like them a lot. If laughing emojis become too prevalent then we can discuss. Appreciate the honesty of guys who have replied so far.

Found your website whilst mooching the internet and wanted to pose a question. I have a GT Xizang frame that I would like to sell along with a couple of pairs of forks. Is the best place on eBay or is Facebook a good idea?
