I don't know if you sorted out your problem but you should Google barrel nuts (they are also called sex nuts too).

If you are still looking for the rigid fork that came with the bike I have one that came with mine that I am not going to use at any point in my project build.

How did you get on sourcing this stuff?

I am currently working on doing the samee thing to a Cadex frame, what did you use to remove the paint off the carbon tubes?

I am looking into getting one of these frames and fancy turning it into a nice lightweight rigid singlespeed for general riding around. I have seen other examples on here that have had new horizontal dropouts made and some for disc brakes and I would like to find either somewhere to get them...
