So was walking past a local junk shop and couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw a Msisle frame sat there! Now I have had a few Msisles but this one has a very different top/brace plate that connects the seat stays to the seat tube I haven’t seen before? Is this an early one as it has rim brake bosses

I’m 6’3” and couldn’t care less haha! Mercian has a soft spot in the heart as originally from Derbyshire and had an interview at Mercian for an apprentice frame builder back in 93!! It was an incredible day of lug welding sawing and filling but alas no job, I was devastated to say the least

This bag came with a 1951 Clifton Cycles the gentleman was originally from Berkinghead and lived there during that time, it’s in good condition for its age strap is a little dirty comes with it’s Dunlop puncture repair tin, which still has its original chalk dabber!!! £50? or best offer

Re: Unfortunately I can’t seem to pm people, the salsa seat clamp is in with the sale and also I have a seat post as it’s an odd size 27.0 I ran this frame with rigid forks never had suspension on it, never needed it as it bounces down trails without suspension, I stand 6’3” and it fits fine it...
