Thank you - yes I was. Probably ungrateful at the time too. My dad bought it not knowing it came without pedals. I went to the shop and bought some Onza’s. When it was stolen my dad kept the insurance money - That hurt a bit. But let’s not destroy this beautiful thread with tales of woe!

This is awesome. I had one of these when I was 15, it was stolen from the shed. I found out a few years later my neighbour paid someone to steal it and strip it. Bastards. Lovely, lovely bike!

Thanks to mk one for the hint on where to post. I’ve just bought a Team SL, it should arrive on Monday. I want to build it up to a full 90’s rigid spec. Conscious that the Tuning Fork is prohibitive but nothing else should be. Any advice welcome, I’ve been out of the game for far too long.

I bought it for the frame. Want to build it up to an original 90’s spec. Rigid too if possible. I’ve been out of biking for years but have a need to get back in to it. Any help on specifying kit appreciated.
