ID Merida Matts Full Aluminum frame

Picked up this Merida Matts Full Aluminium for a steal at €20. Does anyone recognize the frame and model year? I have little luck finding any older 90s Merida Alu bikes at all. It has quite a bit of mismatched 90s parts, so that doesn't really help me in finding the year of manufacture. I...

    94 Miyata Pathrunner

Just picked up this 94 Miyata Pathrunner that seems to be all stock with STX special edition in impressive condition. A steal at £110. My third Miyata mtb! The poor guy that sold it hadn't ridden it since he landed on his face quite badly due to the front wheel not being tightened. I had to wipe...

    93/94 Miyata Valley Runner Alloy

Re: Frame number starts with TX05. Seems to be a 91 frame according to what I found on google. I suppose the Swedish distributor could have kept building bikes with the 91 frame?

The bike seems to appear in a Swedish Miyata catalogue from 93. https://happyride.se/forum/attachments/ ... eg.399034/ https://happyride.se/forum/attachments/ ... eg.399033/ Retrodecals didn't have the decal set available. Search goes on, perhaps...

    93/94 Miyata Valley Runner Alloy

Just got my first 90s MTB since I was a kid. Lucked out on a lightly used Miyata Valley Runner Alloy from 93 or 94 for 45 euro. Nicely specced with 24 speed XT, hidden under a full kit of racks and mudguards. Everything worked flawlessly without any new parts or adjustments. Unfortunately it...
