Thanks for the replies. I was aware that Merlin had been given the rights to manufacture this brand. I knew it wouldn't be an original. I'm not that lucky! I actually managed to find an email address for Paul Sadoff and sent the pictures to him, just in the off chance. I wasn't really expecting...

Hopefully someone may be able to advise if the Rock Lobster I recently purchase from Ebay is real or not. Looking at previous images of R L's, I cant see any with seatstays the same as this. Anyone have any ideas?

I was recently overtaken on the road by an E phat bike as he kicked in his motor. About 1km down the road, I overtook him again on my converted to singlespeed Cube mountain bike as his motor died. I then smiled all the way home as he disappeared into the distance.
