    Joe Waugh Reynolds 653 Rebuild - 57cm

Re: It's 57cm from the centre of the bb to the centre of the top tube. Haven't measured the top tube but will do later today. Provisionally sold pending payment but potential buyer has a few issues so may well still be for sale... By stretched, I feel like my legs aren't quite long enough!

    Joe Waugh Reynolds 653 Rebuild - 57cm

This Joe Waugh bike has been completely renovated by M. Steels of Newcastle. They did a stunning job of it and I bought it from one of their employees last year. Looking for £300 plus courier costs (around £26) or pickup from around Durham / Sunderland / Newcastle area. Sorry - I can't haggle...

Headset confusion - Kona Hahanna '91ish

Yes, quite sure this time  It's deffo a 1" job. Looked at the Shimano offerings which my LBS say they can source, but at around £60, way over the score for my broke down old Hahanna. Managed to get a Stronglight one on ebay for £12, so I'm a happy chappie. Do I need special...

Hmmm - bit confused now - it's got a star-fangled nut. I thought that meant the forks were threadless? Only had the thing apart last month to re-grease the bearings - wish I'd taken more notice of the internals now!!

Headset confusion - Kona Hahanna '91ish

Just noticed all the plastic outer rings on my headset are cracked, so a new headset is required. It's still got the original (threadless) Project 2 forks. Can someone help me out with what size / type of headset I need? I do have a spare FSA UF Orbit 1&1 eighth" headset, but am assuming...

Advice after being knocked off bike

Wow! Sounds like a result - I got hit on a roundabout. Kind of saw it coming and was able to 'fall' onto the bonnet of the car - my bike pinged off 15 feet into the centre of the roundabout. The lady carried on driving, me spreadeagled on the bonnet - her face was a picture. Unfortunately...

The Introduce Yourself Here Thread III

Evenin' all. I'm Jamie - wedding photographer living in North East England but hailing from Scotland. Many years back, my pride and joy was a '93 Lavadome which took me on all kinds of adventures. Two years ago, I saw an all original Hahana on fleabay and snapped it up. It's the...
