Gus, This is what's left of my 531 decal after it's soaking in oxalic acid on a good note my frame is now free of rust.

Gus, Yes, the frame seems identical to my Italia ( No.7331) apart from your pierced lugs. So another shop built bike. Regards Wolber

Doug Just measured and its 17 inches, so shop built italia looks good. I want to rebuild using campagnolo from that era and I think this now justifies the cost. Thank you Wolber
