    Raleigh Lenton Sports 1954/5

4 speed Sturmey Archer FM hub dated 1954. The Reynolds 531 frame is refinished (see seat tube number). 23 inch frame seat tube. About 33 inch from floor to top tube (top). The hubs are original and the rims are 700c Mavics. Brand new tyres have been fitted also. Front mudguard has a nut...

    Falcon Black Arrow conversion

Re: Yeah I don't know about what happened with the forks, they have been sprayed that colour or probably came off a completely different bicycle. The mudguards seem to come from a Falcon Black Diamond. It's a nice ride, the gear change is extremely smooth and reassuring. The hub is from 74...

    Falcon Black Arrow conversion

Black Arrow 2000. Bit of a strange one, it would of been a 10 speed at one point but someone converted it to a Sturmey Archer AW 3 speed. The badge says designed by Ernie Clements although it's not the usual Falcon design. 23 inch frame. 27 inch wheels. Brand new chain and larger rare sprocket...

    Falcon Black Arrow

Yeah the forks don't look original, they would of had the same decals and been black. Whoever converted this must of favoured the old 3 speed hubs over derailleur, looks like a fixed gear from a distance though. Thanks for the input folks.

    Falcon Black Arrow

Thanks, I think you're right although I can't make out any markings where the down tube shifters would of been but there is a small lug in the 2nd picture where some gear cable would of threaded through, possibly indicating a derailleur? Also, what's with the badge? It's nothing like the Falcon...

    Falcon Black Arrow

Hey folks, I've got a Falcon Black Arrow 2000 from the 70s. Interestingly enough it's not running a derailleur but has a 3 speed Sturmey Archer hub dated 1974 which I'm convinced is original as there are no indications of any holes for down tube shifters. It's a road bike with drop bars, I just...

1950s BSA - Sturmey Archer AM hub - Front dynamo

    - 22" BSA frame from the 50's. It has a serial number beginning with K. Frame was at some point painted red by previous owner although I can see some blue under it which leads me to think it's possibly a BSA 'Star Rider'. - Sturmey Archer AM hub dated 1957. Smooth and working perfectly. Same...
