Ah, wow great! There are two required - I have red ones and would like blue. According to an old MBR article its Yellow for Soft, Red for Med and Blue for hard. According to some search results, it seems earlier springs are all one colour, whereas newer ones (where there was an initial spring...

Re: Thanks for the replies. I’d like a Pace stem but missed out on eBay. I have a 120mm Control Tech which feels too long so put a 100mm Kore one on for now. The seatpost is unbranded but functional. The Syncros Ti one on eBay is lovely but too expensive! The bike is mostly silver parts...

Hey all, can I ask for some advice please. What stem and seatpost would be a good match for a RC200 F5. Id need to go silver, to match the RC130 bars and prefer a 100mm length. Thanks for any suggestions!

I contacted Hope but they couldn’t help. There are HS103 bearings on eBay but very expensive. I flushed and repacked mine, with good results.

I ended up popping the seals out, washing them through with petrol and re-packing with grease.
