Pretty much finshed. A couple of washers between the caliper arm and mount seem to have got me there. Still needs a bit of dialling in, as it's not very effective braking right now. Need a smaller chainring. 44t is ok but bloody hard work up the slightest hill, thinking 38-40t would be a good...

Pretty much finished. Need to sort brakes. Bought a shimano post to is adapter for front but it doesn't seem to clear the calliper housing. Hope I can get the correct one and still run with the 160 rotor. Pic to follow

Started Building the Kona Humu Humu project this afternoon. Homemade headset press worked a treat. cost £4 Going to get a BB and fit tomorrow. Can anyone shed any light on how to ensure I get the right length square taper bb for a single speed set up. Will be fitting 3 ring truvative crank...
