Yep, running 650b on mine at the moment. Light Bicycle carbon 35mm rims and 2.35" Ikon front and 2.2" Ikon rear. (Not real retro). Fork is a Nukeproof carbon rigid which leaves plenty of room for the front.- crankybloke
