Looks like a good ride out i might just have to tag along next time you all sort a ride out, if i ever get my Zaskar Built that is. Can anyone recommend some short rides around the NE just getting back into riding again after a 10 year break and 17 miles would kill me at the moment.,

I’m looking at buying a road bike and I am wondering if anyone has a guide as to what size frame I would need im 6ft, I just don’t have a clue when it comes to sizes etc or how the riding position is supposed to be etc can anyone point my in the right direction?.
