Re: Yes, correct order and they are as clean as a whistle inside, carb cleaner, piece of cloth and a welding rod. Will try them again this morning just for clarification.

    Pace rc35 elastomer help

Re: Put wheels in and took it off the stand, virtually no movement at all. Pace aren't answering their phone today so looks like I'll be taking a sharp implement to them tomorrow as I'm using it for Mayhem!

    Pace rc35 elastomer help

Hi Guys, I received my elastomer kit today from pace, A/B fork and I have the light brown 6 elastomer kit. When I assembled the fork I couldn't get the bolts any where near the stantions even when pressing down hard, I then put the old rebound elastomer in as they are shorter than the new ones...

Re: Hi Guys, Thanks for letting me be a member of your illustrious team, really looking forward to relaxed Mayhem. I've done them before and had to get my race face on! Your Chance to ride at the last Mountain Mayhem

Re: I'm interested, how retro does the bike have to be, I did the first one on a new 98 Heckler, I don't own the bike now but I know where it is and sure I could borrow it. Pretty cool to do the first and the last mayhem on the same bike!

Which size bottom bracket?? 91 Zaskar

Re: Just measure the bottom bracket shell, it will be 68 or 73, if you can't find a 68mm b/b just buy a 73mm and fit a spacer. The best thing to do is pull the b/b out, it will most likely have all the info on there including the axle length which is also important!

    Tomac 00 buckshot decals

It sure is a nicely made frame, mine is number 20, not sure if that makes it one of the frames Doug was reputed to have welded himself! A mate had a Manitou, it would have been in early 90's as I had an Ozone co2 at the time, that was a lovely bike. I also had a Tomac 98 special till it got stolen!!

    Tomac 00 buckshot decals

Re: Thanks for that, I've just emailed him! It was a great bike although I haven't ridden it in years, lent to a friend and came back a bit chipped and scuffed, stripped it down 10 yrs ago and promised to get it back to its former glory!

    Tomac 00 buckshot decals

Hi, I've got an early red 00 buckshot frame that I would like to restore back to original condition, the only stumbling block is the decals, I emailed Tomac a few years ago but didn't get an answer. Anyone know where I may get some from or anyone who can remake them.
