1995 Kona Fire Mountain (nearly complete sans cranks/headset

Re: Bar Ends I have purple Ano Skewers, and a seatpost collar (the collar wouldn't work on this frame) and yeah I'd sell the bar ends. Feel free to make me an offer on those items via email at mmcg25@gmail.com Shipping small items like that - I'd do no problem to the UK. Best, Mark

1995 Kona Fire Mountain (nearly complete sans cranks/headset

Yep I've got a 1995 Fire Mountain that I just can't figure out how to configure, so I'm going to offer it up for sale. It is an 18" frame by the way in a nice british racing green paint scheme with a goldish Project Two fork and matching Velocity Stem. I've got everything on it for sale...

    Cindercone......its back together!!!!!!! evo 1

Here's my Fire Mountain (note the paint and logos) to compare to your Cinder Cone. Whoops! I now see how yours is a black metallic and not a dark green. My bad. Sweet bike!

That paint looks like my 1995 Fire Mountain. Are you sure you've got a Cinder Cone underneath that paint?

A 2008 spec, 95 Kona Hahanna - Retro and not so retro

I'm about to convert a 1995 Fire Mountain to a 700c CX type conversion and I'm hoping some FMF V-brakes are going to get the job done in back. I suspect you need a 27.0 seatpost right? I'll be sure and post up my finished project. Here is the Inspiration bike: And here's what I'm...

A 2008 spec, 95 Kona Hahanna - Retro and not so retro

What are you using for the disc brake adaptor in back and how's it working out for you? Is that one of those A2Z models? If so, is it working out okay even though your frame is steel (they recommend using it with AL frames)?

    Brake Adapter Ideas

The FMF brake levers I mention above will hopefully do the same as the Paul's for a lot less. They feature 2.5 inches of pad adjustment. Should be enough to get the job done. Thanks.

    Brake Adapter Ideas

I want the ability to go back to 26" wheels or maybe even 650bs. I think I found the solution via some FMF brake levers with 2.5" of pad adjustment on them. We'll see if they work.

    Brake Adapter Ideas

Hello - first post and I'm in need of some ideas. I have an old Kona Fire Mountain that I am working on converting over to 700c wheels and using a Kona Project Two Cyclocross fork in front. I was going to use a Mavic Brake Adapter for the rear wheel to move the v-brake posts up to the...
