Sorry for doubting/dismissing the poster who asked for the photo of the badge! Looking at other Coves online, I'm still not finding an exact match, however!

Correct! It does have that decal. The hanger has 3 bolts but is gold and without NSB on it that I can see.

Edit - just seen the serial number on the bottom of the bottom bracket is "DC7331".

A few more photos. The badge is sadly a sticker as opposed to a badge, it says DC with a skull on it but I suspect this is unrelated to the frame. Hope these photos make things clearer.
