Those straight-blade forks look utilitarian, be wary on your first ride of it under-steering through bends.

Did you pick the 4-pot brakes for this re-build, or were they lying around? I've wondered about the extra feel/performance having more pots (but am happy with the basic 2 on my bikes for now). What tyres are you running, rear looks tight?

It has the bolt frame braze-ons, but not mounting attachments (see photo). Year? I find a serial and see if can use that (does this frame transfer help?) Dimensions? Will measure when back from hols in a week. Found this table for the frame (but will check my actual frame for you).

Just came across this thread. Trying to work out how to fit the rear V and here it is! Retro Guru's ferrule (lots like a front brake lever part) is just what I was mentally trying to envisage. Thanks for the hint ;)
